was shed, so it was a success!

Rain

Hello, all. Since Cin's been at a conference, M3 and I have been having a great time hanging out together. It's been raining here the last couple of days, which interfered with some of our activities, such as blowing bubbles or drawing on the driveway with chalk. But the rainy weather does afford Margaux the opportunity to knock around in her rain gear (raincoat and rubber boots). She really enjoys rain, though you might not be able to tell from the pitiful look on her face in this pic. I promise that just a second before, she was splashing in the water and singing "It's Raining, It's Pouring" at the top of her lungs.

Happy Birthday, Maddie

Today is Margaux's cousin's b-d, so little M made a birthday message just for Maddie.

Easter pics

Well, week one of the late-March New Year's resolution is a success...Witness the pics I am now posting of Margaux's trip to Fort Worth for Easter.

We also got to do a couple of petting zoos. Showing her Okie roots, our daughter is very much into livestock, much to the chagrin of her mom, who had carefully dressed her in Easter Sunday finest.

A new year...a new plan

Okay, so I'm a little late with the New Year's resolution. But I do promise that from this day forward, we will post a picture, video, or blog post at least once a week, unless we forget or get too busy. :) Things are well here in the 'water. Spring is rolling in, with 80-degree temps, and 40mph winds, the occasional snowstorm (will post pics of that soon).

Tricycle Time!

Aunt Tammy got Margaux a tricycle for her b-d. Here's a video of her riding (Margaux, not Tammy). It's a little long, so feel free to fast-forward. I didn't have time to edit it a whole lot.

Fun in the snow

Stillwater has been getting slammed with a "wintery mix" (freezing rain, sleet, snow) since last night. This morning it turned to snow, so we took Margaux out in it. We could only stay for a short while because she's getting over an illness, but she thoroughly enjoyed herself. Here are a few pics and a video:
